- We are seeking an experienced
Practice Development Manager to join our leadership team. This role works alongside the directors and Practice Manager, with a strong focus on strategic growth, systems improvement, and patient-centred business development .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and service expansion.
- Review and improve clinical and business systems, processes, and KPIs.
- Drive initiatives in marketing, patient engagement, and referral growth.
- Monitor business performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.
- Build and maintain partnerships and professional networks.
- Support training, development, and staff engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with AHPRA, ADA, and healthcare standards.
About You
- Proven track record in business development and practice growth within the dental industry .
- Prior experience as a
Business Manager or Senior Practice Manager in dentistry.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (e. g. Exact).
