As part of our team, you'll play an important role in creating memorable stays by ensuring our accommodation and facilities are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard. We are currently seeking a Casual Housekeeper to join our team.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Housekeeper to join the team at Dubbo Holiday Park. In this hands-on role, you will play an important part in ensuring our guest accommodation, amenities and shared facilities are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard. Your attention to detail and pride in maintaining a welcoming environment will contribute directly to a positive experience for our guests. The role includes weekend work and requires availability across a 7-day rotating roster, with shifts and hours varying based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Clean and present guest cabins and accommodation to a high standard
- Clean bathrooms, amenities, camp kitchens and shared facilities
- Make beds and prepare accommodation for arriving guests
- Restock linen, toiletries, cleaning products and guest supplies as required
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal and recreational areas
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored appropriately
- Identify and report maintenance, damage or safety issues to management
- Support the overall cleanliness and presentation of the park
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as required
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred)
- A positive attitude and willingness to undertake hands-on cleaning duties
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- The ability to work efficiently and manage your time effectively
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A reasonable level of physical fitness to undertake the requirements of the role
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
- Availability for an immediate start will be highly regarded
