About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Park Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and continued success of Bribie Island Caravan Park. This is a varied leadership role for someone who enjoys building capable teams, improving commercial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily park operations, including cabins, sites, amenities and guest services.
- Lead, motivate and develop team members across reception, housekeeping and grounds and maintenance.
- Drive occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction in partnership with Head Office support teams.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, expense control and operational reporting.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety and asset care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
- Resolve guest matters promptly and professionally while fostering a warm, service-focused culture.
- Build productive relationships with suppliers, local businesses and the wider community.
About You
- Demonstrated management experience in holiday parks, accommodation, tourism, hospitality or a comparable customer-focused environment.
- Strong people leadership skills and experience building an engaged, accountable team.
- Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, revenue management and cost control.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong commitment to exceptional guest service, safety and operational standards.
- Confidence using reservation, point-of-sale or property management systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings when operationally required.
- A current National Police Check and First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain them.
