Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA) team. You will conduct triage, assessments and signposting to ensure timely access to appropriate CAMHS interventions for children and young people.
You will work with multi-disciplinary colleagues, safeguarding frameworks and partner agencies, managing referrals and contributing to service improvement across CAMHS SPA.
