HammondCare currently seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood on a part-time basis (4 days/week) until 30 April 2027. You will deliver patient-centred OT services within a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients and carers across hospital, home and community settings.
The ideal candidate holds AHPRA registration, has experience in rehabilitation or palliative care, and is committed to applying evidence-based practice aligned with HammondCare
