The Social Club Manager is responsible for the onboarding, assessment, and ongoing support of clients accessing Social Club programs.
A key focus of the role is to drive service growth, increase client participation, and ensure high-quality outcomes for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Aid in recruiting and leading staff, managing budgets, ensuring quality and overseeing all aspects of care provision at the Social Club
- Provide strong and effective leadership, direction and oversight of operation of the Social Club
- Operate social club inline with CHSP Operational Manual
- Operate club inline with Aged Care Act and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Achieve targeted outputs for social club
- Provide staff and volunteers with support and advice on daily operational care issues
What do you need to apply?
- Certificate IV in Aged Care or other relevant qualification.
- Experience in Community Aged Care management
- Experience running a CHSP Social Club
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve with limited supervision.
- Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and ability to prioritise in a busy work environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing a team of skilled professionals
- A current driver's licence and safe driving record
- Willingness to travel between Hammond Care's sites and services
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience
