HammondCare is seeking a physiotherapist to join our Home Care Clinical Care & Practice Team in the South Coast region, with the option to work from our Batehaven or Nowra offices. You’ll assess and treat older adults living at home, supporting independence and wellbeing.
You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, travel between client homes, and contribute to continuous quality improvement within a not-for-profit setting backed by AHPRA.
