HammondCare Daw Park is seeking experienced Part-time and Casual Registered Nurses to join our team. You will provide person-centred, relationship-focused care, creating a home-away-from-home experience for residents.
In this clinical support role you will work within a consultative framework, with accountability in line with RN registration and AHPRA requirements. You will join a collaborative residential team and support care staff across shifts, including nights and weekends.
