We are seeking experienced Fine Dining Food & Beverage Attendants with a proven background in hatted or equivalent premium venues. Your Role
- As a Fine Dining Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be an integral part of a polished service team, contributing to seamless and elevated guest experiences.
- You will demonstrate confidence, discretion, and mastery of fine-dining standards while maintaining warmth and genuine hospitality.
Where you’ll make an impact
- Deliver service aligned with formal fine-dining Sequence of Service standards.
- Provide professional, personalised guest interactions from arrival to departure.
- Confidently present menus, explain techniques, and recommend wine pairings.
- Execute precise food and beverage service, including plate and tray service.
- Maintain immaculate presentation, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with efficiency and composure.
- Work collaboratively within a structured, high-expectation service team.
- Maintain consistency during busy services and extended or split shifts.
What we’re looking for
- You are a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong track record in premium dining environments.
- You understand the discipline of fine dining and value long-term commitment, team culture, and continuous refinement of service skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in hatted, degustation, or equivalent fine-dining venues.
- Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles.
- Strong understanding of fine-dining etiquette and service structure.
- Confident menu knowledge and wine service fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and guest-facing skills.
- Ability to carry three plates and manage tray service with ease.
- Calm, professional approach under pressure.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (Essential).
- Drivers Licence (Desirable).
