Hamilton Island Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day maintenance delivery across our island resort, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
You will manage Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Leading Hands, drive safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes, and coordinate workforce planning, contractor management and asset systems to keep Hamilton Island operating at its best.
