Halter is seeking a hands-on Hardware Operations Lead to drive our Australia deployment, maintenance and service infrastructure. You will build and own operational systems, resolve hardware issues, and mentor a growing team as Halter scales across farms.
As the first fleet-focused hire in Australia, you will partner with NZ HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure world-class performance of our hardware on customers' farms.
