You’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality food, maintain strong kitchen standards and provide a consistently great experience for our guests.

You’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality food, maintain strong kitchen standards and provide a consistently great experience for our guests.

About the Role

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard

• Work across all sections of the kitchen as required

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

• Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods

• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards

• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and general kitchen organisation

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment

• Ensure all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements are followed

• Assist with functions, events and special menus when required

About You

• Qualified Chef with relevant trade qualifications

• Previous experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen

• Strong cooking skills and attention to detail

• Passion for producing quality food and maintaining consistent standards

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team

• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
