The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager includes:
- Joint clinical responsibility of our 129 bed Lake Cathie aged care facility.
- Provide clinical leadership, direct, empower and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high quality care.
- Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met.
- Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided.

About you:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager in residential aged care.
- Nurturing, supportive and approachable leader who sets clear expectations and promotes collaboration to achieve team success.
- Sound understanding of the aged care standards and what is required to achieve accreditation compliance.
- Energetic, passionate and with a positive attitude.
- Committed to person-centred and relationship-based care that upholds the dignity and respect of all residents.
