The Opportunity
The role will focus on contacting people who are both passively and actively looking for a new role, quickly understand their situation, qualify their readiness to change positions, and guide them through the next steps.
Your responsibilities include:
- Qualify a candidates current situation, readiness to change roles and what they are looking for out of a new role;
- Identify and assign the most recruitment consultant to help them;
- Coordinating first meeting with recruitment consultant;
- Managing follow-up with candidates and track job search journey;
- Maintaining clear, accurate records on database.
This is structured pipeline management with clear commercial accountability.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a mature-minded, methodical, articulate professional, comfortable working autonomously. You should demonstrate:
- A professional and confident phone manner;
- A minimum of 3 years telephone-based sales or service experience;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Comfort working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Proficient with Google Workspaces;
- Proven ability to maintain productivity in a remote environment;
- Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
