We're seeking experienced Store Managers and Assistant Managers to join our teams at Hairhouse Macarthur Square and Hairhouse Narellan.
These aren't typical retail leadership roles. You'll help lead a diverse team across premium beauty retail, professional salon services, and piercing, supported by a brand with over 30 years of industry experience.
What you'll be doing
Drive store performance, coach and develop your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support day-to-day operations including visual merchandising, stock management, and local marketing initiatives.
What's in it for you
We offer flexible working arrangements, generous performance incentives, significant staff discounts, ongoing training and development, and the support of Australia's largest hair and beauty network.
What we're looking for
You'll have previous retail leadership experience, strong coaching and people development skills, and a proven ability to drive results. You're organised, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a positive team culture. Beauty industry experience is a bonus, but leadership capability and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Ready to take the next step?
Whether you're an experienced Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager looking to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.
