Their experienced team works closely with clients to design and construct one-of-a-kind prestigious homes that exceed expectations. We're seeking a Contract Administrator with 3+ years experience across residential construction. Based in Perth working across exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing contracts, negotiating terms, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
- Analyzing contract performance and resolving any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Contract Admin across residential construction
- Skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Strong Analytical Skills
