WellGear is seeking a Lead Operator for a permanent, full-time role to oversee the crew and ensure safe operations at our facilities. The successful candidate will lead by example and promote a strong QHSE culture while maintaining well control through safety-critical equipment.
You will ensure adherence to operating procedures, drive safety initiatives, and report to the Supervisor on performance and safety issues.
