H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced Youth Workers for casual agency shifts across the Penrith and surrounding regions. Work with one of our key national clients and enjoy flexible AM, PM, Night, and Sleepover shifts available immediately.
About the Role:
- Delivering mental health and behavioural support
- Providing one-on-one and group-based care
- Supporting young people through crisis and emotional challenges
- Implementing trauma-informed practices
- Contributing to a safe, stable, and positive living environment
- Engaging in recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
Mandatory Requirements (Essential)
- Diploma or higher qualification in Youth Work, Community Services, Social Work, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working in residential care and/or youth support environments
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid NSW Driver Licence
- Proven experience in Trauma-Informed Care
- Availability for sleepover and active overnight shifts is highly regarded
