We’re Australia’s only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, meaning there are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. We’re incredibly proud of our amazing people and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.

The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.
Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:
- Kitchen experience is great but not essential
- Is open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
- ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon

Shifts are available from 5:30 AM - 12:45 AM on Weekdays, 5:30 AM - 1:45 AM on Friday and Saturday. Looking for all availabilities including weekends! No cooking experience necessary, training and procedures provided. Just reliability, willingness to learn and work as a part of a team!
