Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.
We are looking for people that are available to work flexible shift. These shifts are likely to be Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of food safety concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
