Job Description
At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods.
You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.

- Leadership Experience -Previous leadership experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
- Performance Focus: A proven track record of achieving KPIs, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive strong team performance.
- People Skills -Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a young team.
- Attitude -A positive, can-do attitude, high emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- Availability -Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
