We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Shift Leader to join our franchise team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.
- Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Manage staff schedules and allocate tasks effectively to optimise productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to existing staff.
- Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improve operational processes.

Qualifications:
