You will partner with the Company Secretary & General Counsel to provide practical, commercially-focused advice across corporate, governance, regulatory and strategic matters in a dynamic ASX-listed environment.
You will influence business outcomes, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support governance and compliance, contribute to M&A and strategic projects, and manage disputes.
