Join our team at GW Tractors Slacks Creek Location, specialising in Tractor and Machinery Spare Parts. This is a Monday to Friday position with 38 hours per week and no weekend work. Australian work rights are required for this position.
We have been providing spare parts for tractors and machinery Australia wide for over 50 years. You will be required to assist with phone and counter sales within our business, specialising in agricultural and earthmoving machinery and spare parts. You will be part of a small friendly team and have a varied role.
The ideal applicant will need to:
- Work in a busy environment displaying a strong work ethic
- Be an excellent team player
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Be mechanically minded
- Have sound computer knowledge
- Show a willingness to learn
- Possess good phone and counter sales capability
Spare parts experience is desirable but not essential across a broad range of agricultural and earthmoving machinery. A current car licence (C class) is required, and a forklift license is desirable but not essential.
This role will involve, but is not limited to:
- Maintaining inventory
- Processing and dispatching incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Answering parts enquiry phone calls
- Quoting
- Putting away stock
- Loading and unloading transport vehicles
