GV Health's headspace Shepparton is a youth-focused mental health service supporting 12-25 year olds in the Goulburn Valley. The Youth Care Coordinator will assist young people to access services, using intake, assessment, care coordination, group facilitation and recovery planning to achieve meaningful outcomes.
You will work with young people, families and partner services in a welcoming, inclusive environment, contributing to a supportive, youth-centered care model within a nationally funded framework.
