GV Health is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the ER team on a fixed term full-time basis until October 2027. The role involves providing practical employee relations guidance, interpreting agreements and policies, and supporting managers and staff across a range of workplace matters.
Reporting to the ER Director, you will work with experienced consultants to resolve complex issues, participate in change programs, and help maintain a positive, compliant work environment.
