GV Complete Care - Shepparton & Goulburn Valley is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist NDIS participants in homes, SIL homes and community settings. You will work with participants, families and the team to promote independence and inclusion.
The role covers personal care, meal support, appointments, and community access, with emphasis on trauma-informed practice and Positive Behaviour Support Plans. Casual opportunities with potential for ongoing permanent roles are available.
