As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations.
You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L.
Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit — including getting hands-on on the line when it counts, delivering our food at the highest quality in the shortest possible time.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading teams of 10 or more
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
- Previous success in meeting KPI's
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
