Your role will include:
- Team up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shift
- Champion a “customer-first” mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces andregular guests
- Maintaining high quality foodsafety, cash handling, cleaning and stock control
- Be a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe ourvalues, policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone aligned
- Be hands‑on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable store
- Oversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoices
We are currently looking for people that are available to work late night (3pm-12am) and overnight (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am) shifts
We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
