Responsibilities
• Aiding in the training and growth of the kitchen team.
• Providing support to the Head Cook to manage inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications
- Experience in a kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of food safety concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
