- Team up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shift.
- Champion a “customer-first” mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces and regular guests.
- Maintaining high quality food safety, cash handling, cleaning and stock control.
- Be a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe our values, policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone aligned.
- Be hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable store.
- Oversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoices.
We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
- Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
