About the role:

As a Resident Experience Officer – Front Office at Helios & Yutaka – Elysium Fields, you are the face of LIFE by GURNER™ and a key ambassador of our luxury residential experience.

Working within a high-performing Concierge and Resident Services team, you will contribute to a culture of excellence, professionalism and genuine care. Collaboration, accountability and a passion for service are fundamental, as we strive to consistently exceed expectations and create memorable everyday experiences for our residents.

Operating on a rotational roster, you will support the seamless day-to-day operation of the Front Desk, resident engagement initiatives and the management of world-class amenity spaces. .

Key Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all resident enquiries, ensuring a warm and professional experience
• Supporting daily building operations to ensure seamless service delivery across the residence
• Maintaining presentation standards of the lobby, reception, and all common areas to luxury hotel standards
• Assisting with resident communications, concierge service bookings & administrative support
• Coordinating and manage deliveries, parcels, and basic administrative functions
• Supporting the smooth operation and presentation of amenity spaces including wellness, leisure, and dining areas
• Collaborating closely with the Property Management, Facilities, Wellness & Crystal Club team to uphold brand standards
• Assisting with resetting and preparing communal spaces for daily resident use.paring communal spaces for daily resident use.

The ideal person:

To be successful in this role, the ideal person will have;

• At least 1- 2 years prior experience in high-end hospitality, hotels, luxury residential, or customer-facing environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional manner
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a premium, fast-paced environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-focused, and team-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work a rotational roster, including weekends & public holidays
• Ability to adapt to new systems, software & processes
• First Aid & CPR Certification – Must be current or willing to obtain
• Ability to handle sensitive situation with confidentiality and professionalism
