Fire Pump & Sprinkler Testing Technician

Guardian Service & Maintenance is seeking an experienced Fire Pump & Sprinkler Testing Technician to join our team.
This role involves the monthly, 6-monthly and annual testing of fire pumps, sprinkler systems and associated fire protection equipment across a portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial sites throughout Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Monthly, 6-monthly and Annual testing of fire pumps and sprinkler systems
- Complete electronic service reports via Uptick
- Identify and report defects
- Isolate and reinstate fire alarm systems where required
- Liaise with clients and building managers
- Ensure all testing is completed in accordance with Australian Standards
Requirements
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Current Sprinkler Fitting qualification
- Experience testing fire pumps and sprinkler systems
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current National Police Check
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Highly Regarded
- Experience with Siemens Fire Indicator Panels
- Experience isolating and reinstating fire alarm systems
- Experience using Uptick software
