- The Job You'd Be Taking On
- Conduct apprentice sign-ups, workplace inspections, and cattle station runs
- Administer Training Contracts aligned to contract and legislative obligations
- Drive performance, attendance, and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts
- Promote apprenticeship opportunities and build business networks across the region
- Maintain accurate case notes, compliance records, and reporting metrics

- VET system and IR framework knowledge
- Experience in dual compliance and stakeholder relationship management
- Proven engagement skills with diverse clients, including Indigenous communities

- A genuine onboarding program: up to two weeks of hands-on training with the team (one week for each function), then ongoing support through your first three to six months.
- 6 weeks annual leave (currently being trialled above our 5-week EBA entitlement) and 2 weeks sick leave.

- 8 days study leave.
