Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and trade-qualified Mechanic to join our team full-time. About the Role
As a Qualified Mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading a range of 4WD vehicles, with a strong focus on Toyota LandCruisers and diesel-powered vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:
- General servicing, maintenance, and vehicle health checks
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
- Installation of heavy-duty clutch systems
- Turbocharger and injector upgrades
- Suspension installations and upgrades
- EGR cleans and compression testing
- Installation of GSL Fab performance products
- Installation of aftermarket accessories including snorkels, lock-up kits, intercoolers, airboxes, and other performance upgrades
- Basic auto-electrical work including gauges, driving lights, and accessory wiring
- Maintaining high workmanship standards and workshop presentation
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic (Certificate III or equivalent)
- Current experience as a qualified mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience with diesel engines and 4WD vehicles highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Own tools
- Current manual driver's licence

Work Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am

Requirements
