A brand new waterfront venue is opening on Port Stephens this summer. Think coffee and breakfast, a relaxed Mediterranean bar, sunset functions and days on the water. This is your chance to build it from day one. You'll work alongside the founder to launch the venue, shape the functions offer and put it together the way you think it should be done.
Key responsibilities
- Keep our fit-out and trades moving
- Design, sell and deliver weddings, parties and corporate functions
- Create and post our social content, and be the face of the venue
- Help hire, roster and lead a great team
About you
- A real love of social media and making content
- Current RSA and NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Some hospitality floor experience
- Drive, organisation and a can-do attitude
- Right to work in Australia
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Driver's licence and own transport
