About your role
Assisting in leading a classroom by fostering meaningful connections with educators, families, children, and the wider community to deliver a tailored educational program that meets the unique needs of each child.
Showcasing your sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Upholding the highest standards of compliance with Government Regulations and center policies, ensuring our commitment to quality remains unwavering.
Building valuable networks with local stakeholders to enrich the community experience.
Cultivating strong relationships and partnerships with both children and families.
Contributing to the documentation of children's skills and interests, employing a continuous cycle of reflective practice.
A little about you
Certificate III, Diploma qualification in children's services, as approved by ACECQA.
Experience in an early childhood setting and preferably leading a room.
Current blue card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
