As Foreman, you will play a key leadership role on site — coordinating people, plant and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program. You'll be the central point of communication between crews, clients and project management, driving production outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations, ensuring works align with program, safety and quality requirements
- Manage labour, plant and subcontractors to achieve production targets
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, progress and expectations
- Maintain accurate site diaries and documentation
- Sign and code all plant hire, materials and labour dockets
- Ensure all personnel hold valid White Cards, are inducted and have signed the site register
- Deliver toolbox talks, daily pre-starts and ongoing safety communication
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure program and quality standards are met
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
