Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Audit Technician to join our Melbourne Team.
What will you be doing?
- Travelling to sites within the Melbourne area to conduct site asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments.
- Collecting key asset information across HVAC & BMS Services.
- Auditing individual assets using advanced technology.
- Conveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders – allowing strategic asset management.
- Developing relationships and partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business.
What will you need to join the team?
- Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Hands-on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds.
- Ability to work within a team or autonomously.
- Awesome communication skills – the ability to build excellent client relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Intermediate computer skills to use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
- The willingness to learn, as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and company.
