What We’re Looking For

As part of the process, you’ll complete a quick online assessment – it’s a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you’re done, you’ll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).
A quick heads up for the video questions: treat these like a real interview! Find a quiet spot, make sure you’re appropriately dressed and present yourself as you would if you were meeting us in person. There’s no need to overthink it – just be yourself and let your personality shine.
