Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor end-to-end payroll processing using RECKON payroll software.
- Accurate processing of payroll in line with transport industry conditions
- Review and verification of employee timesheets, allowances, overtime and loadings.
- Ensure payroll accuracy through regular checks, audits and reconciliation.
- Maintain payroll records in compliance and legislative requirements by company.
- Process new employee onboarding into payroll systems.
- Process employees pay adjustments and leave entitlements.
- Support HR onboarding process by ensuing employment documentation is correctly completed.
- Support payroll audits and internal compliance reviews.
Qualification & Experience:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Payroll and Business Administration.
- Understanding of RECKON Payroll Software would be added as an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and payroll calculations.
