  • Building strong relationships and working collaboratively to deliver positive people outcomes.

About You

You are an adaptable and solutions-focused HR professional who can build trusted relationships while maintaining professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. You are comfortable working across a broad People & Culture portfolio and can move confidently between providing responsive advice, managing sensitive matters and delivering planned projects. You can interpret complex employment requirements and explain them in clear, practical language that helps managers make informed decisions.

You will bring:

  • Knowledge and experience interpreting legislation, government employment requirements and industrial frameworks.
  • Broad HR experience across areas such as employee relations, recruitment, performance, conduct, employment conditions and work health and safety.
  • Strong judgement and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy, discretion and professionalism.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor advice for different audiences.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to build constructive working relationships.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, particularly when managing competing demands and changing priorities.
  • The ability to analyse information, identify risks and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.

Qualifications in Human Resource Management and/or substantial HR experience across performance, conduct, employee relations and work health and safety.
