The Opportunities

We have multiple full-time positions available for:

• Leading Hands (Experienced)




• Technicians / Labourers (Entry-Level or Developing. Additional training can be provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, pruning, hedging)




• Garden upgrades and soft landscaping works




• Weed, pest and disease control




• General site presentation and upkeep




• For Leading Hands: supervising small teams and liaising with clients

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic




• Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors




• Positive attitude and team-focused




• Takes pride in quality workmanship

Additional Requirements

Leading Hands:

• 1–2+ years’ experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture




• Experience in soft landscaping and garden upgrades




• Knowledge of plant health, pests and diseases




• Strong communication and leadership skills




• Being a holder of WPGC is Highly Regarded
