Greencross Vets Cannington is looking for a Practice Manager to lead the reopening of our clinic – could it be you?
Please note: This role requires a veterinary background (Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent).
This is a rare opportunity to reopen and shape a clinic from the ground up.
Our Cannington clinic is currently temporarily closed, and we are seeking a capable and motivated Practice Manager to bring it back to life.
You’ll be supported by an experienced nurse, and we already have veterinarians ready to join the team — what we need is the right leadership to rebuild and guide the clinic forward.

- Your Day-to-Day
- Oversee clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running
- Lead, support, and develop your team
- Manage rostering, inventory, and HR processes
- Recruit and build a strong nursing team
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and workflows
- Maintain a high level of client service and team engagement
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Veterinary industry experience (essential)
- Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A calm and solutions-focused approach
- A proactive mindset with the ability to build and improve systems
- A genuine passion for team culture and patient care
