We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide an unforgettable experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- - Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- - Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to ensure high standards of service.
- - Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- - Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.
- - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers.
Requirements:
- - Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- - Excellent knowledge of bar management, drink recipes, and mixology.
- - Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- - Sound understanding of OH&S/WHS.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- - Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
