About the Role: Senior Accountant (With a Clear Pathway to Manager)
This role is crafted for a high-performing Senior Accountant who is already demonstrating the behaviours, ownership, and initiative of someone on the cusp of leadership.
You'll work closely with our leadership team, take on increasing responsibility, and gradually transition into managing people and workflows as you grow.
In this role, you will
- Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, delivering high‐quality compliance and advisory work.
- Review work for juniors and intermediates, helping them learn and grow.
- Support workflow management and job allocation, building the foundations of people leadership.
