We are looking for an experienced and reliable A Grade Electrician to join our growing Melbourne-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for all electrical, AC and efficient installation of split/multi head air conditioners, switchboard upgrades, and related work under the VEU program — primarily across the domestic sector.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform associated electrical and Air conditioning duties for air conditioners (single/multi-head units, primarily VRF systems) including switchboard upgrades.
- Attend job sites throughout Melbourne.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Liaise professionally with customers, managers, and team leaders.
- Represent Green Source with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
- Deliver each job in line with scope, timelines, and program compliance requirements.
Your Role: As an A Grade Electrician at Green Source, you'll be responsible for the Electrical and Air Conditioning works and Install Multi split system air conditioners (single/multi-head units, primarily VRF systems) including switchboard upgrades. For the right candidate, this role can grow into a team leadership position, where you'll help oversee job quality, train junior staff, and manage on-site operations.
Must-Have Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- ARC Licence
- CEC/Solar Licence (Is not a must but a Bonus)
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Own basic hand tools (no heavy tools or machinery required).
- Experience in Electrical work and AC installations preferred (Especially Multi Heads).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
