Green Leaves Early Learning – Canberra ACT is seeking an accomplished leader to mentor Centre Directors and teams, ensuring the Green Leaves Commitments are modelled in daily practice. You will travel to Tasmanian centres, support recruitment, licensing, and ongoing professional development while maintaining exceptional centre standards and regulatory compliance.
You will also monitor KPIs across revenue, occupancy, wages, and expenses, and partner with Marketing to promote occupancy growth.
