Green by Nature is looking for an experienced 4000-D Mower Operator and a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, to maintain and enhance green spaces across multiple open space sites in Southeast Queensland.
As a Mowing Team Leader - 4000-D Operator, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing open spaces, and roadside works.
You will operate a 4000D mower to ensure our landscapes remain pristine and well-kept.
You will also be required to drive an MR truck, transporting the 4000D mower between sites.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Operating 4000-D mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.
- Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.
- Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
- Working closely with your team while leading from the front.

What We're Looking For
- You'll Bring
- Previous experience operating commercial mowing equipment is preferred.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly regarded).
- Construction White Card.
- Current and valid MR or HR licence.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
