Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Gardening and Mowing Team Leader to oversee day-to-day maintenance of premium Springfield Lakes sites.
This hands-on leadership role requires you to organise a team, deliver high-quality garden and grounds maintenance, and maintain strong client relationships.
You will plan workloads, supervise mowing, hedge trimming and related tasks, operate mowers and equipment, and ensure safety and presentation standards are met.
